Sofa and loveseat set in Kissimmee, FL

Hello, We moving and have some things to sell. We have some furniture that we are selling. The set is less than a year old, we bought it from American Signature last May. We are buying another house closer to town and wanted to buy new furniture for it as this house is smaller than the one we have now so we are selling the furniture's in the house. We are not pressed to sell the furniture so please no low balling because we would simply not respond to your email or text. We paid for the lifetime maintenance package for this set, and the anti stain coating. Should it stain they will replace it brand new. You can also take a look around the house if there is anything else you would like, and we can tell you if it is for sale or not. We have a formal and family room dinning set, 2 king size box springs and so much more. 4 bedrooms to pick from with the exception of the master. We are considering selling out king set with the 2 night stands and the dresser and mirror BUT not sure yet... sorry. Pictures are below, feel free to email or text with questions.
